This weekly meditation group is rooted in ancient Buddhist tradition, but does not require you to be a Buddhist. The ancient practice can be helpful in deepening your own spiritual journey, regardless of your tradition. Mindfulness meditation is not directed toward getting us to be different from how we are, but rather, helps us become of aware of what is already true moment by moment.The time includes both instruction and meditation practice. Donations are welcome. Meetings are led by two long-term, well-trained practitioners.
